(hereinafter referred to as “Histe”) has once again led the way in technological innovation by successfully developing a fully automated high-voltage fuse. This product solves industry challenges such as high maintenance costs and difficult fault location for traditional fuses in high-voltage distribution cabinets, providing a brand-new solution for the safe operation and intelligent operation and maintenance of power grids.

This automated high-voltage fuse includes a fuse switch installed within the high-voltage cabinet. The power line connected to the live wire on the fuse switch is equipped with a fuse element. The fuse switch features a replacement mechanism for quickly replacing the blown fuse element. This replacement mechanism includes an installation hole on the fuse switch, with an electrified rod mounted on the inner wall of the installation hole near the power line and live wire. This automated high-voltage fuse, through the replacement mechanism, rotates the blown fuse out of the installation hole and inserts a new fuse into the installation hole, thereby automatically replacing the blown fuse without the need to de-energize the high-voltage cabinet and significantly reducing the downtime of the entire high-voltage cabinet, thereby improving the actual utilization efficiency of high-voltage equipment.
