6kV cold shrink cable terminal is a cable accessory that is prefabricated with elastic materials (such as silicone rubber or ethylene propylene rubber) and sealed and insulated through elastic compression force. Its core components include cold shrinkage stress control tube, insulation tube, branch sleeve, etc. Adaptive shrinkage is achieved by removing the internal support spiral strip to match the cable interface.
Specially designed for 6kV medium voltage systems, balancing insulation strength and electric field control, compatible with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or oil immersed paper insulated cables.
Cable parameters: matching 6kV voltage level and cable cross-section (such as 25mm ², 50mm ², etc.);
Environmental scenario: Waterproof design needs to be strengthened for both indoor and outdoor terminals, and the protection level can be simplified for indoor terminals.
