GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is a modular low-voltage distribution device, fully known as the General Cabinet System, widely used in power distribution and motor control centers of distribution systems. Its core features include drawer style design, module size of 160mm, unit size covering half to three units, each unit current not exceeding 400 amperes, and the ability to combine up to 22 half unit units.
This design is easy to maintain and expand, and the main busbar flat arrangement structure can withstand short-circuit current surges of up to 80 kA to 176 kA, ensuring high reliability.
Functionally, the GCS cabinet integrates an intelligent operation and maintenance system, such as touch screen monitoring of equipment status, energy consumption analysis, carbon emission indicator tracking, and equipment life prediction, to improve operational efficiency by 17; Simultaneously equipped with multiple safety interlocks, such as drawers automatically locking when the circuit breaker is closed to prevent pulling the switch under load, and ensuring the safety of operators through mechanical mechanisms. The internal structure includes molded case circuit breakers, transformers, and indicator lights. The circuit breakers are operated by a handle to open and close, and the circuit operation status is monitored in real time.
Applicable fields include power plants, petrochemicals, metallurgy, textiles, and high-rise buildings with high automation requirements, supporting three-phase AC systems and compatible with dry-type or oil immersed transformer connections. The technical parameters include a rated current of no more than 4000 amperes for the horizontal busbar, an insulation voltage of 660 volts (optional 1000 volts), and a protection level of IP30 or IP40.
