Developed jointly by the National Industrial Information Security Development Research Center and China Electronics Standardization Institute, this certification represents national-level recognition of the company's systematic achievements in intelligent manufacturing.
Audit results revealed three core innovations driving Histe's comprehensive intelligent upgrade:
Digital Twin System: Established full-lifecycle virtual factory covering R&D, production, and maintenance, achieving 100% digital mirroring rate for critical equipment
AI Decision-Making Hub: Implemented dynamic production planning optimization through AI algorithms, reducing order fulfillment cycles by 37% and energy consumption by 22%
Industrial IoT Platform: Connected 128 upstream/downstream suppliers to create a collaborative manufacturing ecosystem
"Certification marks just the beginning," revealed CEO Niu Lifeng at the launch event.
